Pricing starts at US$700 per night for the whole villa in low season, working out at US$70 per person per night for a party of 10. In mid and peak season, prices are higher.

It is occasionally possible to hire only the top floor, comprising all reception areas, and two bedrooms (Master Suite and Golden Bedroom). The grounds and pool are included in both cases.
