The Grounds The house stands in 15 acres of grounds with a river, woodlands and ancient trees. There are stunning formal gardens which can be seen from all the principal rooms of the house. We are currently restoring the formal gardens to their erstwhile splendour. These south facing gardens will for a stunning backdrop to wedding photos. There are woodlands galore, leading down to a stream and our own small private river. We will also build a play area for children.
