Many websites of Scottish mansions proclaim that they are the "ideal place to get married" and so too do we. However, there’s a difference. Achnagairn really is the most perfect place. We’ve thought about what we wanted when we got married (alas, long before we owned this house) and Achnagairn has everything that was on our checklist at the time - and possibly more!
So what are those things? Well, in no particular order they are:
- A stunning location
- A ballroom for dancing the night away
- Formal gardens as a back-drop to fairytale wedding photos
- An outstanding wedding suite for the bridal couple
- Luxury bedrooms so family and friends can stay at the house
- Gourmet catering
- Accessibility to a major airport
- A sense of elegance and grandeur throughout
We shall be putting together wedding packages shortly, but for those who book before these are finalised, the house is available for rental on an exclusive basis with the bride able to put together her own wedding choices as regards catering etc
